Ofrecemos entregas personalizadas para las áreas de Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, Oakville, Vaugham, Markham y Richtmon Hill, el costo depende de la zona. Para estas zonas hacemos envío gratuito con la compra mínima de C$45.
De igual forma, ofrecemos envíos a través de Canada Post y los mismos serán de acuerdo con las tarifas de Canada Post, basadas en el destino, el peso y la longitud del paquete. El precio estipulado aproximado está basado en las tarifas más bajas, oscilando dentro del rango de C$5.5 (menos de 0.500 kg) y desde C$15.50 (más de 0.500 kg). Por el momento solo enviamos a toda Canadá.
Nuestro objetivo principal es despachar nuestros envíos dentro de las primeras dos días del su pedido en el GTA y dentro de los 3 a 5 días hábiles los pedidos en las provincias fuera de Ontario. No realizamos envíos ni entregas los domingos ni festivos.

We offer custom deliveries to the Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, Oakville, Vaugham, Markham and Richtmon Hill areas, cost depends on area. For these areas we make free shipping with the minimum purchase of C$45.
Similarly, we offer shipments through Canada Post and they will be in accordance with Canada Post rates, based on the destination, weight and length of the package. The approximate stipulated price is based on the lowest rates, ranging from C$5.5 (less than 0.500 kg) and from C$15.50 (more than 0.500 kg). At the moment we only ship to all of Canada.
Our main objective is to deliver our shipments within the first two days of your order in the GTA and within 3 to 5 business days for orders outside the GTA and in provinces outside of Ontario. We do not make shipments or deliveries on Sundays or holidays.
If you want to know a more exact price, do not hesitate to contact us and we will let you know an approximate cost of the order placed, through an email or with a text message.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will always hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund, within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be like new and in its original packaging. All items returned to us are at your own risk, so we recommend using a registered service.
Products purchased as gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser.
Send us an email prior to a return to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Repack your item whenever possible in the original packaging. You must ensure that the products are properly packaged to protect them from damage.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

For the return, we recommend that you use Canada Post and purchase a tracking number and keep it until you receive email confirmation that we are processing your return. (Please note that we do not refund postage for non-defective items.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
